messed up the clock, hit the wrong button and it was counting down from I don't know what... oh well. Probs should have tried the OH weight before starting, LOL. Got the 40's overhead and went about 5 feet before realizing there was no way. Switched to 30's. Did 50/25/25m, 50/30/20m, 50/25/25m... L-sits on the rings, with just my knees up, about 10 seconds at a time.
