Box Jumps were steady...T2B were much better....blended sets of 5's, 4's and 3's....PU were good until I tore my hand!!! Sets were 6/6, 5/4/3, 6/4/2. Should of had 4 plus rounds but was a baby after my hand tore and rested to much!
