Solo at the PD, on my lunch break because I didn't wake up in time before work... tiring week. Also got a bloody nose right before and during the WOD, surprisingly NOT from the wall ball hitting my face... those were actually decent today. 1st set 15/5's, then 10/5's, 8/6/6, and 6/4. Pull-ups 6/4, 6/4/2, 5/5/4, 4/4/3/3/2... short breaks
