Extra work. Fun to try two new things. Next time up the distance and reps, then add weight. If/when it feels more comfortable. Triple under combination that worked was one single followed by a max jump straight up and the triple. Was able to do this three consecutive times rounds two and three. Pumped. Didn't even know that a triple was in my repertoire. Who knew?
