75# instead of 115# for PJ and 30# instead of 40# for DB Snatch. warmed up 95# for PJ and felt slight discomfort in back of upper left arm, so just played it safe since the rep count was high. all unbkn. slight back tightness from DL yesterday, but runs were solid and forced myself to breath steady (no cramps) and stay in good form during later rds.
