rowed. it was completely miserable and I'm sure it was torture. stayed light to not hurt myself. 8-7 PJ, unbroken abmat situps, unbroken dumbbell snatch. i wish my leg was better so I could've run...that's how terrible the row was. Hopefully I can rehab it in Montana and i'll be all nice and fresh and ready to go when I get back.
