Thank you to the trainer who had this posted at 4 am! :) First time doing this Hero WOD... total 100 pull-ups, 1 mile running, 42 thrusters, solo at the PD at 0430... Dedicated to Army Sgt 1st Class Daniel Crabtree who was killed in Al Kut, Iraq on Thursday June 8th 2006 -- First 50 pull-ups 6/5/4's and 3's (3:31), thrusters 12/5/4 and 10/7/4, 2nd set of 50 pull-ups: 5, 3's until 26, then 4's... runs were outside in the dark; tried to push but felt slow
