Notes

Moose Trax: had a good pace on the first AMRAP, 2 rounds plus 400m.Kept a good pace on the 2nd AMRAP, finished round 3, 4 and 5. Didn't have enough in the tank on the 3rd AMRAP to complete 8 rounds total. I think I could have pushed harder on the runs every round. Hamstring was on fire at the end. Thankfully I didn't pull the muscle again. Probabl;y the main reason I didn't push as hard on the runs.
