Lifts felt great. Jake told me to focus on lifting my chest and really tightening my shoulders and lower my butt before I go and it helped so much! Was able to use my Hammies and get under quick. Only problem is that I'm kind of blacking out in the middle before I stand up and that's problematic. Not sure what's going on but it only lasts for a few seconds. After I stand I'm ok. Made me not go up in weight.
