Stayed with 65# to try to go faster. Legs still toast from yesterday's heavy front squats... Du's unbroken, 13/7, 13/7, 16/4... 1st round: unbroken push press into unbroken FR lunge, then 5/5, 6/4, 5/5 push press... After 1st round, dropped the bar before unbroken FR lunges. Should have pushed harder for unbroken PP, but I'm a big baby in the afternoon heat :-)
