Rowed. leg and hip is still jacked and running hurts the most. couldn't get my rowing going until the last 2 rounds. front squats were unbroken and sit ups unbroken. super super emotional day/phone call right before the WOD so I wasn't in it mentally. came in super late so i couldn't do the competitor weight :(
