Went with advanced (115# front squats v. 75): 7/4/4 round 1, then 5/4/3/3 for rounds 2-3. Felt like I rested a lot before cleaning it for another set, got really heavy. No wraps or belt... abmats quick/unbroken... didn't note what time I finished my rounds, but came in from the runs at 4:02, 11:52, 21:00
