Pulled up to the drive-thru WOD menu and ordered the Super Size WOD. My eyes were bigger than my muscles and I was full half-way through the WOD, but I forced myself to chew a few more reps even after I was full. Milk was a bad choice. I wanted to give the rest to Jake's dog, but he was having none of it. If we're doin 115# SDLHP on Friday, why not 115# thrusters on Monday. WOW! Milestone day.
