Never thought the day would come, I squat snatched more than power snatched. Heaviest lift recorded was 95# power. Breathing down, slow and patient on the way up keeping the bar close, solid overhead catch, squat felt strong, took my time at the bottom, and knees solid coming up. Couldn't ask for more. Last round everything the same, but could feel I wasn't catching the bar back enough. Missed 2, got the lift and missed again. Ran out of time, but good day.
