Ugh, if only I'd had my own rope! My heart sank when I realized I left it in my work bag. Gym loaner was about an inch too long, but du's weren't as terrible as I expected.... Almost 1 minute faster than last time (8 months ago) and tied my all-time best, which was 2 years ago.... DU's were 32/9/9, 22/10/8, 21/9, 20, 6/4... sit-ups were unbroken all rounds, but got progressively slower
