Very happy with this! Did this after my lifting! I don't know who I am right now but I am becoming a burpee ninja!!! Granted there were only 5 burpees...I was still moving through those very quickly! thrusters weren't too fast, legs were a bit tired....tried to keep pace on the runs but got tired towards the end...my focus was just to push really hard on burpees since they're a weakness of mine...I'm very happy with this! #bodyweightninja
