Pretty excited about this. I was worried about the weight, but I went a little heavier than I thought I could. 145# was my previous max earlier this year, so this is really cool that I did the weight in the WOD. I felt like I could have pushed through 155#, but got scared. Going to attempt 155# next time we have a heavy deadlift. Deadlift 4/3, 5/2, 7, 7, 7. Box jumps were pretty good. While I was running I thought, you are better than you were, just go a little faster. Felt good. Kept belt on tight the whole WOD.
