omg! couldn't do rx'd weight after yesterdays wo. power snatches went smooth, didnt't rest too much, and the last 2 rounds i was able to touch and go on the first 5. farmer walk was just a walk, the last 2 rounds i had to stop half way and put the weights down for a few seconds.
