deadlift was rx'd, did 5 at a time and it went fast. used 2 red bands and did 5 at a time and we were able to move fast as well. burpee box jumps were tough for me, i was pooped after just a couple. run was slow but steady. Jesse really pushed me hard. thanks Big Brother.
