Notes

Decided to not injure myself more than I am, so I did the regular rx'd WOD. Push press were unbroken until the last round because my hip/back tightened up. sumos were 6-6 but FAST. focused on keeping my back straight and using my hips. Hips were dying from the 5k. did ABMAT situps instead of Toes to Bar.
