This was the worst thing I've ever done in my life. I have no words to describe this feeling. Runs were hobbles in slow motion. Doubles were unbroken. Burpee pull ups were slow, but I kept moving. Front squats were 5-5. I died. I'm actually dead right now. It was so hot and windy and that didn't help either.
