Did this one on my own, half reps: 50/10/10/10/100m. Did first set of 50 doubles, then switched to 50 20" box step ups, used 15# for the (hang) snatch and 35# for the pp, pull-ups in 5s. Humble pie, just kept moving. Be back on the 15th ready to go!! : )
