running killed my life. hot and sunny and it sucked the energy out of me. KBS unbroken. deadlifts 8-7 and then my back died so I did 5-5-5 for the last 2 rounds. box jumps 10-5. hip/back was just so tight. the last run was a slow motion hobble. so bad!! 400's feel like 800m to me still. getting better though!
