THIS MOVEMENT IS SO FRUSTRATING! Started warming up with #55, #65, #70, #75. Opened the EMOM with #80 but couldn't get under the bar fast enough and moved down to #75. I missed a bunch of reps. I need to be more patient with this movement, even if it means having to go lighter on the weight. Ughss, next time.
