Only did the heavier weight for the longer rest, LOL. I kid, I kid... 185# DL fast and unbroken all rounds... No 25# dumbbells at Ontario, only 20's and 30's, so I used 26# KB instead. They kept swinging... Abmat s/u fast/unbroken... Lateral bar jumps fast/unbroken rounds 1-2, then tripped on the bar 3rd round. Took 2 quick pauses on rounds 4-5, which cost me tying Jerry. LOL -- Round times, 1:11, 1:07, 1:10, 1:15, 1:17
