Modified to Rows due to flare up in my bad knee (the one that caused me to stop CF a year and a half ago). Did a combo of Step Ups and Box Jumps. Paced well, and pulled hard on the Rows as I got more tired. Unbroken first round, then 5/5 deadlifts, and 10/5 Box jumps.
