21: 11/10 (boff), 15: 6/5/4, 8/7, 9: 5/4, 9.... 21's killed me but glad I went 11/10 to see how It felt. 12/9 next time? lots of rest in set of 15's and before picking up the bar for 9. p/ups were good. tried to mobilize the shoulders for about 10 min before class. helped a lot.
