First time Rx Fran. No big deal...NOT! A year and a half to get here. Was miserably painful and wonderful all at the same time. Thanks to Jake for his consistently solid and thorough training approach each and every day. 6-5-5-5/5-5-5/5-4. Just need to be able to shorten rest and/or increase reps. That, and do whatever Amy has been doing! Now the real work/fun begins...
