That was interesting to say the leas, hit it a high noon in the heat and I just suck right now...period! Runs were rough today...HPS 5/5/5, 9/6, Burpees...slow as moses....and sub'd singles just to keep going. In summation if I would have gone any slower I would have been going backwards!
