1st round of du's unbroken, then 12/8 and 9/6/5... unbroken front rack lunges into unbroken push press 1st round, then unbroken FRL into 1/8 push press (LOL, that 1st rep felt like a 1RM. Had to shake my arms out before going again.)... 3rd round was unbroken FRL, dropped the bar, then unbroken push press... picked up my rope with 7 seconds left and only squeezed in 1 du before time was up
