Finished the row w/ I-Eesh & Jackie. Broke up thrusters in 3 sets (dumb), & started the pull ups with a set of 13 then 7 then whatever I could do after that. Wish I would've picked up the bar right after rowing, thought it would hurt less if I rested. NOPE x)
