PR! Lots of things improved but still gotta get better! Finished my row :10 faster than last time and this time I did my thrusters unbroken... Last time I did 31/19 but this time I told myself when I hit 30 that I wasn't dropping the bar... Pull ups went better, but they still took some time... Did a set of 8 then 5 then 3's and 2's... I'm sure if I would have broken up the thrusters, I would have done bigger sets on the pull ups.. but I'm glad I pushed through on the thrusters... Getting better! Trusting the process and enjoying the journey!!!
