I surprised myself with how much energy I had this morning! woohoo! the jumping aar squats were stupid and slow, but I pushed as hard as I could on everything else. everything unbroken. missed too many times on the doubles on the last round. frustrating. really glad i'm getting my energy/strength back from being sick!
