My clean needs some work...I gotta get back in Oly class and have Jake fix my form. Drea was there and said that I was starting off on my toes and then looking at my video I could see that I was jumping too early, I wasn't landing in my heels...and my elbows were too slow...lots of things going wrong. I dropped the weight down so I could focus on staying in my heels but it didn't seem to help too much...I feel like I should have done this with much lighter weight just so I can fix the technical stuff...the jerk felt great!
