Super excited about this! Because of time, I had to do these after the runs and normally I do these before everything else so I'm not too fatigued to get up on the rings....I failed my 3 reps and at first I was thinking of giving up or only doing 8 reps but not only did I complete all 15 reps without failing but I was able to get 4 sets of doubles!! That's the most sets of doubles I've been able to get in one day! So excited! Getting better!!! Much love to Jackie, Austin, Christine and her friend, Brian for giving me tips and pointers!
