Talk about weaknesses being exposed!!! Endurance and speed are two of my biggest weaknesses! The 2000m run just killed me! We ran the mile and a 400...I died...the rest of my runs were ok. My 1000m and 1200m times were much faster than before...back in January, my 1000m time was over 6 minutes and that was on the nice, smooth track....so progress is definitely happening...just gotta keep at it!
