for the OHS 60/40 Push press 35/40/25 ....used too much arm and not enough hips on the first set...gotta work on that Kbs 60/40 Lunges unbroken quad death!!! My legs seriously felt numb for awhile after this was over! Hit this with Austin, Hap and Tray-Z! Glad to have the homies around for this one!!!
