Wall balls unbroken, snatches unbroken and pistols were steady, no pausing and only failed 1 rep...c2b pull ups were done in sets of 3's and 2's...I didn't do that silly double kip that I normally do so I'm very happy with that....wasn't sure how it would feel after muscle ups but everything felt pretty ok...pull ups went faster than I expected, just gotta keep at it
