Didn't know what to expect from this one...it looked pretty nasty when I watched everyone else do it...did 195, which felt about right...this started to burn the quads a bit around minute 3...next time I'll do this, I'll go heavier...haven't done back squats in awhile....glutes and quads are on fire!
