First two runs felt good.. They were both sub 2:00 ( 1:56 and 1:59)... Last run was tough (2:17)... KBS unbroken... Ring rows were tough... Started each round with 3 or 4 then did sets of 2 or 3... Last round I dropped to singles towards the end
