Only one today, so I couldn't pass this one up and did yesterday's wod. Mile 9:12 (4:28). Started at 10:00, 18:00, 27:32. Rested way too much for me, but still sick and wanted to get something challenging in. Deadlifts slowed me down, last set of doubles were terrible.
