Notes

Walking lunges were mentally tough had to take small breaks in between. Did the deadlifts in 15-5-5-5. Toes to bar were sets of 5 on the first round then had to go down to singles the second round. The run felt good, no PR, but didn't want to go max effort so early in the WOD.
