Notes

Went hard on the run (6.03). I hate lunges, pain on my left knee always prevents me from going hard on them just tried to keep moving on them. Back fried again so dl's were pathetic today. Mostly sets of 3's on all 3 rds. Nothing wrong with back just overweight!! T2b were ok started each rd with ser of 6 then 2's and singles. Burpee pu's were a grind but tried to keep moving on those. Great 6pm class!!
