Feel pretty good about this with back still tight from F&S WODs and building sand castles on Su. Mile a cruising 7:07. Brain disappears fast in this WOD. DU unbroken rd 2 & 3, sloppy too tired first rd. DL in 6's, then down to 4 at end of rd 3. TTB 7/7/6, last round 7/3/2. Just kept moving on lunges and BPU.
