Getting better!!! I was able to get a set of 2 today... The swing is feeling much better and I feel like I'm popping my hips! Nick said my turnover is looking good but I need to focus on keeping the rings closer when I dip out the bottom! I'm taking shorter breaks in between sets as well! #gainz
