40 minute amrap... ALL... BY... MYSELF... !@#$% I know I'm mentally stronger for it after, but I did not feel mentally strong during. The 800m "runs" were a battle; had no problem to just keep going, but couldn't muster the motivation to push the pace... Tripped 2-3x to start each round of du's, then sets of 10-15. Missed the very last one on the last round 4x, cost me finishing that 5th round... 65# thrusters 6/5/4 for rounds 1-4, then 8/3/1 for the last set... 3 reps shy of 5 rounds even... Round splits 6:50, 15:00, 23:30, 32:00. First 800m run was a sad 4:25, came in from the last run at 37:30.
