Felt worn out!!! Doing muscle ups, then doing bar muscle ups the next day is tough... My triceps just died on me! My upper body totally hates me... My lower back was fatigued from the cleans on Monday.. so I really felt it on the DL, wall balls are getting better, I'm doing those as part of my bwwu....I need to start doing burpees and DU on a daily basis
