Forearm death! C2B pull-ups unbroken 1st round, then couldn't pull hard enough after the farmer carries. Had to do singles to get my chest up there. Did 3/2/1, 2's, and 2's to start cycles 2-4... First time doing SDHP in forever due to shoulder, felt okay... 53# farmer carries (1 in each hand) unbroken first 100m, then set it down at 50m and 75m for the following rounds.
