all butterfly pull ups unbroken for all rounds! woohoo! felt really, really good today. have had a stomach bug since friday night and I started feeling it on the third round. super awkward to walk fast with kettlebell. tried to go as fast as i could without running. next time I will pick a pull up bar closer to the door. wasted too much time going to and from the bar.
