Handstand walks are getting better but just couldn't get to 10 ft... kept getting around 6 or so... Pistols did not feel good on my right foot today... Hspu were tiring after muscle ups and handstand walks... The row got better... I got 1 more calorie in the 3 minutes than I did last week!
